Ronald Martin serves as the Program Services Coordinator for the Brandenburg Housing Authority, where he oversees a variety of resident programs and assists with the administration of housing assistance initiatives. In this role, Ronald works closely with residents, community organizations, and agency staff to help ensure access to resources that support housing stability, self-sufficiency, and community engagement.
Prior to joining the Housing Authority, Ronald gained experience in community services and program administration, developing a strong background in customer service, case coordination, and public outreach. He is known for his ability to build positive relationships with residents and partner agencies while helping participants navigate available services and opportunities.

Maintenance Technician
Jared Benner serves as a Maintenance Technician for the Brandenburg Housing Authority, where he is responsible for helping maintain the Authority's residential properties, administrative facilities, and common areas. His duties include performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and responding to resident service requests to ensure safe and comfortable living environments.
Jared brings several years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and facilities operations. His broad skill set includes carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, appliance maintenance, and general building upkeep. He is recognized for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to providing prompt, courteous service to residents.
In his role, Jared works closely with fellow maintenance staff and property management personnel to address maintenance needs efficiently and support the Housing Authority's mission of providing quality affordable housing. His dedication to professionalism and resident satisfaction makes him a valued member of the Maintenance Department.
